Medication sometimes not visible in the portal<\/h3>21 March 2026<\/span>

After the conversion of the medical files to the new system, some medications ended up in the wrong place. As a result, they are not visible in the patient portal under \u201corder medications.\u201d If you cannot find medications that you use chronically in your list, please let us know via an e-consult.<\/p>
